Setting up a business email
How to get hello@yourdomain.com using Zoho Mail or Google Workspace — guided DNS setup included.
In this guide
What you need first
To set up a business email like hello@yourdomain.com, you need:
If your domain shows a "DNS Issue" badge, the email button will be blocked until our support team resolves the nameserver routing. Open a support ticket from the domain card. If you have not connected a domain yet, see the Custom Domain guide first.
Opening the email setup guide
EasyWebie shows you a step-by-step guide specific to your chosen provider after the records are added.
What EasyWebie does automatically
After you confirm, EasyWebie adds all the required DNS records to your domain:
DNS records typically propagate globally in 5–30 minutes. If your email provider's verification check fails immediately after setup, wait 5–15 minutes and try again.
Completing setup with your email provider
After EasyWebie adds the DNS records:
The full process usually takes 10–30 minutes. If verification fails, wait 5–15 minutes for DNS propagation and try again — the records are already in your DNS.
Google Workspace — DKIM selector name
When setting up Google Workspace DKIM (step 4), Google Admin Console lets you choose a "selector name" before generating your key. Leave this as the default (google) — do not change it.
EasyWebie adds your DKIM key at the DNS name google._domainkey.yourdomain.com. If you use a different selector name in Google Admin, the DNS name will not match and email authentication will fail. If you have already set a custom selector, generate a new key using the default selector and paste that value instead.
Changing email provider later
If you picked the wrong provider or want to switch to a different one, you can reset and start again:
⚠️ Removing the current setup will disconnect your existing email if it is already working — make sure your new provider is ready before switching.
Which provider should I choose?
Zoho Mail (India) — Indian servers, good for Indian businesses. Free plan available with basic storage. Easy to set up.
Zoho Mail (Global) — International servers, better if your customers are in multiple countries.
Google Workspace — Gmail interface with your own domain. Includes Google Meet, Drive, and Docs. Visit workspace.google.com for current pricing. Best if your team already uses Google.
